The Mandala For ME Workshop offers the opportunity for participants to discover their inner quest and journey towards the manifestation of an awakened self – a self who is unique however powerfully connected to a much bigger reality of existence. Through one’s meditation on his or her own mandala and upon surrendering to the very process of one’s creation of it, the workshop aims to also introduce to the participants the relation of sacred geometry to one’s spiritual bond with Mother Earth.

The translation of the awakened self in this workshop is the very process of discovery, of learning through intuition and the creative feminine energy within, from which the power of relatedness is invoked. Another translation of it is the realization of a bigger vision, interpreted perhaps as one’s Divine Mission, likewise realizing the answers to questions like: How will I cope with the rapid changes around me? How can I be an agent of change in my own organization or community? How can I give back and care for Mother Nature?

Awakening to these questions is a serious task and a sacred process which shouldn’t be denied and the Mandala For ME Workshop embraces this as the foundation from which this opportunity is born and shared to others. The Mandala for ME Workshop series is conducted in three parts that are integral to each other. The first workshop is needed for one to continue to the succeeding ones.

The workshop is launched by the MFM Team who envisioned this opportunity as a means to share the creative and powerful process of creating one's personal mandala in a time most of us interestingly refer to as the tip and edge of our evolutionary process as individuals and as a world community. It is indeed a pressing time for us to focus on the state of our planet -- the Great Mother who has perpetually and unconditionally provided our needs as a mother would care for her children. Prof John 'Lakan' Olivares will be teaching the relation of sacred geometry and the mandala in nature to our indigenous culture/rituals and to the mandala we carry within. Prof Olivares will guide each participant in creating their own mandalas, among other activities.

Mandala work featured above entitled Mandala For Humanity was created by Prof John Lakan Olivares as offering and invocation for a sustainable human society. Included is a prayer which you may read at the Affirmation For Humanity page found above.
